The lucky winner who received the 2019 CMA Award for Single of the Year is no other than Blake Shelton‘s “God’s Country.” The other nominees for this category were Dierk Bentley ft. Brothers Osborne’s “Burning Man,” Maren Morris’ “Girl,” Chris Stapleton’s “Millionaire,” and Dan + Shay’s “Speechless.”

Blake Shelton’s “God’s Country” stands out as the most favorite single for this year’s event. We all know how Blake Shelton’s voice touches the hearts of country fans and his hit singles and albums were really groundbreaking.

“God’s Country” was popularized by Blake Shelton in 2019.

Shelton stated that this song has a strong and deep meaningful lyric. He said,

“God’s Country’ is a song that has a strong and deep meaningful lyric, but at the same time it leaves it up to the listeners’ interpretation”

Indeed, “God’s Country” gives a huge success on Shelton’s musical career.

CMA Awards: Song of the Year

Luke Combs Beautiful Crazy won the 2019 CMA Award for Song of the Year. The other nominees were Maren Morris’ “Girl,” Blake Shelton’s “God’s Country,” Kacey Musgraves’ “Rainbow,” and Dan + Shay’s “Tequilla.”
