Worship is a strong feeling of respect towards God. Worshiping God is one of the best things we can give to God as Christians. Every Sunday, we usually go to church that some call Sunday service. We thank God for the week that has passed and ask for his guidance as we enter a new week.

As children of God, we are not exempted on facing difficulties or failures in our life. Sometimes, the more we get closer to God the more we faced with challenges. You know why? That’s because it is when the demon challenges us and how strong our faith in God is.

Travis’ Version

“Heart of Worship” is a gospel song written by a Christian worship leader, Matt Redman. Randy Travis recorded the song and became one of the soundtracks in his fifth gospel album, Glory Train: Songs of Faith, Worship, and Praise. Travis’ version of the song was released in October 2005. This album contains nineteen different gospel songs.

“Heart Of Worship”

In the late 1990s, the song was made within Matt’s home church in England. Matt decided to pen this song after attending a church service. He has no intention of bringing this song into an international scene. The beauty of the song is simply put as a response to the narrator’s personal life and what he has learned about worship.

“Heart of Worship” became a famous gospel song being sung in churches.
I’m coming back to the heart of worship
And it’s all about You, it’s all about You, Jesus
I’m sorry, Lord, for the thing I’ve made it
When it’s all about You, it’s all about You, Jesus
Here are the lyrics of the song that truly brought me to tears. Why? Because, as you look at it, every word that was used reflects our lives. How God raises us after falling down from the mistakes we have committed.
Everyone has their own weaknesses, but that should not be the reason for us to fail because God is always there to lift us up. The sins that we have committed will be wiped with God’s hands as soon as we allow Him to enter our lives. We should not be ashamed to talk to God, no matter who we are, what may be our status in life is,  or where we live because in His eyes, we are all equal.
