1. “Little Rock”

Little Rock” is about a recovering alcoholic who is turning his life around but misses his girlfriend. Its music video included the number for Al-Anon as a means of public service announcements.

The song was written by Tom Douglas and was released in March 1994. The song peaked at number 2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart and No. 7 on the Canadian RPM Country Tracks.

2. “What If Jesus Comes Back Like That”

The song was written by Pat Bunch and Doug Johnson. It was released in November 1996. The song reached No. 57 on the Hot Country Singles Chart in December 1995. It reached No. 21 in January 1997.

It is a power ballad where the narrator questions how people would react to Jesus if he returns in the modern-day as a hobo or a child born of a drug-addicted parent.

The 11th Commandment” is a song that addresses child abuse. He also used this as his theme song to raise money for awareness of child abuse. The music video included a telephone number for the child abuse hotline ChildHelp USA.
