As we approach closer and closer to the official day that ACM will be aired, things just got more exciting!
On Tuesday, September 8, another piece in the upcoming ACM awards was revealed. Trisha Yearwood is set to deliver a special performance as a tribute to those who have passed away from the country music community.
The country powerhouse singer announced her performance through a news article acknowledging the honor that it brings to perform as a dedication to all those whom we have lost this 2020.
“I’ll Carry You Home”
Trisha Yearwood’s “I’ll Carry You Home” belongs to “Every Girl” which is her first solo album after a decade of silence.
“I’ll Carry You Home” was the fruit of Yearwood and her husband’s reflections about “being each other’s person.” Yearwood knows how strong of a person her husband is and his capabilities to do anything all by himself, but it was her joy to help him in some little ways.
In addition, Trisha Yearwood also reflected on how she starts her day, waking up and turning immediately to God. Yearwood acknowledges that if she would not have believed in God, she won’t be able to go through a single day.
