Shania Twain’s son seems to be following his mother’s footsteps when it comes to having a world-class real estate portfolio. Eja Lange bought a house in LA that costs $1.8 million in California hills.

The 19-year old aspiring musician’s newest real estate purchase is a three-story house with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and offers more than 2,000 square feet of living space.

Shania Twain’s only child‘s million-dollar house comes with the main level that features an open living space with skylights and refreshingly whitewashed beams. The living room is warmed by a fireplace and lightened up by a large window, making the space homey and airy. It then opens onto a porch that boasts the majestic views of the rolling mountains. This main level is also dotted with fine details in the powder room and open kitchen.

Coming up to the middle floor, the property boasts an all-in-one master suite. It comes with a fantastic walk-in closet and a whopping spa-like master bathroom featuring dual vanities and towering glass showers. Also, the bedroom opens onto a wide balcony.

Among all the fine details about this property, it’s interesting that this house was originally from 1961. It had an extensive renovation in 2014 and sits in one of the most people-friendly neighborhood. Although the house is nestled on a small 4,819-square-foot lot, it comes with extensive outdoor spaces with breathtaking views anywhere you look.

Lange is Robert John Lange’s son, Twain’s first husband. He produced several of Twain’s most notable hits. They got married in 1993, but they got a divorce 17 years later.

Shania Twain remains one of the most successful artists ever. Her career spanned for almost 30 years and her net worth reached somewhere around $400 million. To match her career’s success, she also has a world-class real estate portfolio. She got properties in Canada, the Bahamas, and Switzerland.

With recent lavish real estate purchase of Shania Twain’s son, fans speculate that he is following her lead.
