Adele got one very famous country star cheering her on at her most recent performance.

The fifteen-time Grammy winner is in the middle of her first concert residency, Weekends With Adele, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas when she had a special guest come through this weekend. It was none other than pop-country queen Shania Twain.

The fun thing was that the “Easy on Me” singer didn’t notice until after.

Fans Were Delighted With The Candid Social Media Exchange From Two Queens

Adele took to Instagram on Sunday (November 27) to share a precious moment of her performing directly in front of Shania Twain, watching her from the crowd.

“Thank God you had a hat on @shaniatwain I would have self-combusted had I seen it was you,” Adele captioned the photo, where Twain can be seen donning a wide-brimmed hat as she sat in a booth at Caesars Palace. “I adore you, I can’t believe you came to my show.”

In response, the “You’re Still the One” singer also candidly wrote on her Instagram story, saying she’s relieved they “didn’t make eye contact” as she can’t imagine what fans’ reaction would be with “Adele combusting halfway through the show.” She also shared a photo of her “having a magical time” as she pleasantly stares at Adele.

It’s truly fascinating to see one queen supporting another queen.

Weekends With Adele started on November 18, almost one year after she called off her earlier run of shows in late January. The opening night featured a twenty-song set filled with jokes, flames, confetti, and an array of her hits such as “Rolling in the Deep,” “When We Were Young,” “Someone Like You,” and “Set Fire to the Rain.” Adele’s residency at Caesars Palace Colosseum will run through March 2023.

Are we going to see more of Shania Twain’s appearance in the future? Well, let’s wait and see!
