Many country fans have heard Alabama’s song “Angels Among Us” throughout the years. Don Goodman and Becky Hobbs wrote the song, which was released in 1993 as a Christmas single from the band’s album Cheap Seats.
However, we cannot deny the fact that the song didn’t hit the no. 1 spot in any charts at all. But it doesn’t mean that the song was a flop. Actually, it was the opposite.

In fact, it is one of the most covered songs on the internet today. Melanie, McKenzie, and Madelyn, also known as the “Firefly,” were among the outstanding vocalists who rose to the task of creating a unique rendition of the classic song.
During the 2016 Christmas season, the sisters sang the song with all their hearts, together with numerous youngsters from the Sing and Shout children’s choir, expressing each and every emotion in each phrase they sang.

It is a song about inspiring people’s hearts and affecting thousands of lives by being an angel in this gloomy world, as the title suggests. That’s exactly what the three sisters accomplished, together with the children’s choir.
They did not only cover the song, but they also enacted its message by doing the simple act of helping the health center’s residents make ornaments for Christmas in the released cover music video.
