Alicia Allain is a name you may have already heard of: John Schneider’s wife. More than that, there’s a lot more to go about this woman apart from being the singer-actor’s wife. So what is there to know about this woman?

Buckle up. Below are 5 facts about Alicia Allain that you probably haven’t heard of before.

1. Alicia Allain is a petite powerhouse of a woman.

Standing at 4’11 (150 cm) in height, Alicia is considered to be on the shorter side. But that does not mean she is lacking in any way, not at all! At the age of 53 (as of writing), this woman can pack a punch—on top of being an entertainment company CEO (Maven Entertainment), she also used to be her husband’s personal and professional manager, and his producing partner.

2. She worked on a lot of films as an actress, producer, and makeup artist, and has three prominent movies on her belt.

Talk about creative talent! Her IMDB profile boasts a list of movies where she was credited either as an actress, a producer, a makeup artist, or any combination of the three. She was also once credited as a second assistant director for a film.

Alicia is also best known for starring in three movies: Caged Fear in 1991, Leather Jackets in 1991 as well, and The Badge in 2002.

3. She was John Schneider’s third wife; he was her second husband.

When the couple got married in 2019, they already had previous marriages, and both had children from said previous marriages.

Alicia was previously wedded to Patrick Dollard, and they were together as a married couple from 1994 until 1999. Little was known about their marriage, much less about their divorce. At the time of their marriage, Alicia was working as an indie production manager while Patrick was working at William Morris as a motion picture literary agent, representing Steven Soderbergh. There’s no official confirmation as to why they divorced, but it was noted from a March 2007 Vanity Fair article about Dollard that he was fired from William Morris during the mid-90s for chronic absenteeism caused by drinking and drug abuse.

4. Speaking of marriage, her marriage with John Schneider isn’t at all conventional.

And that’s okay!

That’s what makes their relationship unique.

John Schneider and Alicia Allain met while John was in the middle of an ugly court battle with his ex-wife Elvira “Elly” Castle. They started a romantic relationship, dated for four years, and married each other unofficially “before God” in 2019, which is the same year that John’s divorce from Elly is about to be finalized. Less than two weeks before his divorce was finalized, the both of them went to a Louisiana courthouse to get their marriage license.

5. As much as she is his life partner, Alicia is also John’s business partner.

It was previously mentioned that she is a producer and is her husband’s manager, both personal and professional. In fact, she facilitated the deal for John’s Nashville condo and is responsible for his appearances as Beauregard “Bo” Duke. Superwoman!

Together, they are working on John Schneider Studios, and they have also launched CineFlix Fest in 2016.

They seem to be the perfect match, and their partnership works really well for their personal and professional relationships to blossom.
