After a bicycling accident that left her hospitalized a year and a half ago, the “Better than a Hallelujah” singer is getting ready to make a big comeback in none other than the Ryman Auditorium.

In 2024, Grant is set to perform two back-to-back solo shows at Nashville’s Mother Church. It will happen on the weekend of Mother’s Day (May 10 to 11) – marking her first time in 25 years at Nashville, Tennessee’s most recognized landmark. It will also be Grant’s first solo performance in Nashville in over a decade and a half.

Grant can’t help but be thrilled to be heading back to one of the most celebrated venues in music. To make fans as excited as she is, she’s teasing them by revealing what’s there to expect. Grant said she’ll be covering as much classic music as she can and, at the same time, introduce a couple of brand-new songs.

Throughout the years, Amy Grant has appeared in the Ryman Auditorium countless times alongside her husband, Vince Gill. The country couple has been doing a joint residency there during the holiday season. This year, their Christmas at the Ryman series will run from December 13 to December 23, featuring a total of 12 dates.
“Who doesn’t love the Ryman Auditorium? It’s the best place in the world to hear music and to perform,” Grant said, adding that their Christmas residency has always been something she looks forward to every year. “For so many artists and musicians, playing that stage is returning to the Mother Church of music and sharing a night with family.”
