Corley Ranch in Gardnerville, Nevada, is welcoming back the BackCountry Festival from May 31 to June 2, 2024, for its Phase 2. And anchoring this year’s wave of lineup are multi-platinum country hitmaker Justin Moore, rising country singer Charles Wesley Godwin, and songwriting craftsman Brent Cobb. Gracing the stage with them in the three-day fest are The Cadillac Three, Josh Meloy, Evan Honer, Uncle Lucius, Canaan Smith, and many more.

The 2023 edition, also its inaugural run, featured Midland, Ashley McBryde, and Paul Cauthen as headliners. And it was nothing short of successful, with fans singing their hearts out with them along with the rest of the star-studded line-up.

They also promise a lot of good food – BBQ and brews – to enjoy the music while seated on the open lawn and make it an even more memorable experience.

Festival Essentials & Insider Tips

To join the second installment of BackCountry Festival, grab a ticket.

The 3-day General Admission Tier 2 is $224 for adults. On the other hand, the student version is $154. Teens aged 13 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Those over 18 can only take advantage of the student ticket if they’re a full-time student. And there’s the kid’s version of that same ticket, aged 6-12, which you can purchase for $59. All kids under 6 are free.

For the five-star experience, you can avail yourself of the 3-Day Ranch Life VIP Experience. This is inclusive of a VIP dinner each night, a preferred viewing pit, a shaded lounge and barn, an upscale trailer and private bar, and merchandise. The 3-Day Life Tier 2 costs $399, while the teen counterpart is $284.

But if you’re buying for the group, save with the 6-pack. You only need to pay for five tickets, while the last one is on the organizers! You can get the GA Six-Pack for $186.66 and the VIP Six-Pack for $332.50.

Camping and parking passes are sold separately. There’s the 3-day Parking ($45) and single-day ($35) from 11 AM to midnight; Car Camping ($144) for 1 vehicle only and a Group pass ($639) for max 5 vehicles; and Dry RV Camping ($274) and RV with Power ($499), with an Early Drop-Off pass ($20).

And the best part is your band can play – if you have one. There are no band applications; instead, tag Backcountry Fest on your band’s socials. This will help the organizers track and assess community interest, a crucial factor in their decision-making process.

As for food concerns, while it’s a BBQ event, there is a wide assortment of options, including vegan and vegetarian food. Those with dietary restrictions are allowed to bring in outside food. Security will approve items upon arrival.
