The Calf Fry Festival isn’t just any music festival; it’s an experience. That is, not only do you get to jam with top-tier performances, but you also get to celebrate Oklahoma’s rich food culture. One of the must-try local cuisines at the event is its namesake, calf fries, which are breaded and deep-fried bovine testicles! It’s a taste that you won’t forget in your lifetime. And if you want the full experience, you may also try your hand at the Goat Roping event.
