School Ties is a 1992 movie about anti-semitism in certain Ivy League schools. Cole Hauser plays Jack Connors, an arrogant prep school student and a fraternity brother of David Greene, played by Brendan Fraser. 

Tigerland 

Tigerland is a Vietnam-era war film in 2000 where Cole played the role of Sgt. Cota. It’s about a group of recruits going through the Advanced Infantry Training at Fort Polk. Cole got nominated for the 2001 Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Actor because of the role. 

Tears of the Sun 

Tears of the Sun is a 2003 film where Cole played the character of James Atkins. The film follows the story of a Navy SEAL team on a mission to rescue a doctor and a group of refugees amidst a civil war in Nigeria. 

Cole gave a highly convincing performance that captured the viewers’ attention. His chemistry with Bruce Willis was also amazing, making it one of the most memorable films he ever starred in up to this day. 

Dazed and Confused 

Dazed and Confused is a 1993 movie set in the 70s and is one of those “coming of age” films. Cole plays Benny O’Donnell, a charismatic and popular high school senior. It is one of his most iconic film roles. 

A Good Day to Die Hard 

Collins, in 2013’s A Good Day to Die Hard film, is one of the lesser-known roles played by Cole that’s still worth checking out. The film follows the story of John McClane and his son as they try to take down a ruthless criminal in Moscow. 

Pitch Black 

Pitch Black is a 2000 sci-fi horror film where Cole plays a space pilot named William J. Johns, who got falsely accused of murder. Together with a group of survivors, he must find a way to escape an asteroid field. The movie is great for sci-fi and horror fans searching for something to keep them on the edge of their seats. 

The Cave 

The Cave is a 2005 film that follows a group of thrill-seeking adventurers and scientists. They get hired to explore some abandoned caves in the Carpathian Mountains. While there, they encounter gruesome monsters that come from another dimension.  

Cole plays Jack McAllister, one of the thrill-seeking cave explorers in the group. McAllister is one of Cole’s most distinctive lead roles in his career. 

Too Fast Too Furious 

There’s not much to say about the 2003 Too Fast Too Furious movie. It’s a box office hit film about a group of street racers that try to take down a corrupt businessman and drug dealer. Cole plays the role of Carter Verone, the movie’s main antagonist. 

The Last Champion 

The Last Champion is a 2020 sports drama film that follows the story of ex-pro baseball player John Wright. He returns to his hometown and must devise a way to save the local baseball team.
