Jason Aldean’s Daughter is Fine

During a party celebrating Aldean’s most recent number 1 hit “Girl Like You” in Nashville on the 22nd of May, Aldean shared that his family had just returned home from a weekend of touring. It was then when his daughter, Navy, got sick overnight.

Aldean and his wife Brittany took her to the emergency room at around 4:30 in the morning of Monday, the 20th of May. Later that day, doctors decided to send her home. However, she returned on Tuesday, the 21st of May, when it appeared that she had not gotten better.

But on Saturday, the 25th of May, Aldean turned to his social media accounts to update the fans about his baby girl Navy and her amazing recovery.

Just a little update for everybody! Navy has been home from the hospital for a few days now and doing great. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses who helped get her better. She is a healthy and happy baby now. #stomachbug”

Aldean also recounted what exactly happened to his daughter.

“Basically she had like a stomach bug that caused a lot of vomiting and other stuff and turned into like a UTI (urinary tract infection) that got infected, making her have a fever and all that kind of stuff […] So it’s kinda been a crazy, rough week for her, but we finally got her with some antibiotics through an IV — like really strong stuff — so she turned a corner.”

Jason Aldean’s Son Just Enjoyed His First Concert

Meanwhile, his son Memphis may not even be 2 years old yet, but the cute little tyke has already been exposed to all things country while tagging along on tour with his superstar dad. However, it was only recently that he saw his father play live.

On his Oklahoma performance last Saturday, he brought out his pride and joy on stage and announced to the cooing crowd that it was the toddler’s very first show.

Aldean expressed that usually, his son would be in bed by the time that the show would usually roll out. However, that night was special because he stayed up past his bedtime to watch him play. At some point, he asked his son if he was having fun, but the child looks amusingly sleepy and bewildered at the same time while the crowd cheered for him.

It was evident that the child needed to go back to his mom so he tenderly kissed his son’s cheek before returning him to his mom who was waiting on the sidelines.
