First of all, an entrepreneur’s mindset is to have a successful and fast-growing business. They also focus on how they will introduce or market their products to their consumers. Many of them have a bright business idea. However,  not every one of them has the capital to put up their own business.

The reality TV show, Shark Tank, helps aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their business products to a panel of five investors or “sharks,” who will likely invest in their company and be their business partners.

Johnny Georges’ Life

John “Johnny” Georges is a Christian Farmer from Winter Haven, Florida and is among the contestants of Shark Tank. Bringing with him his dream of helping farmers in the US, he presented in front of the five panels his “Tree T-Pee” invention.

According to ABC news, The Tree T-Pee is a water containment system of agribusiness. This helps 3000 percent of water conservation through micro-sprinkles and frost protection through its cone-shaped tree guard and is made of recycled plastic that is placed on the base of trees.

After Johnny explained what Tree T-Pee means and how does it works, the panels started to ask him questions. The question that caught my attention is why would he sell it for a low cost when he could sell it a higher price to earn more profit and be more beneficial. While in fact, many farmers or consumers could afford it, Johnny disagreed.

He then explains that he is not only doing business for profit but for the sake of his co-farmers in America. Many farmers like him aim to reach larger corporations and because of some sort of hardship in life, they have to sell off their property.

After the heartfelt deliberation, John Paul DeJoria, one of the panels, vocally voiced out his support for Johnny. As a matter of fact, he offered to be the advisor and business partner of Johnny.

Johnny felt so blessed and in the end, he said,

“My father made me what I am. We worked hard every day, thank God, I worked with him. He is an innovator, he taught me everything I know. It was hard on us, we owe nothing to anyone, and life is what we do.”

The panels did not only get attracted to his innovation, but also for his great personality.

Johnny does not only focus on becoming one great entrepreneur but ]he also focuses more on carrying his co-farmers with him on every success. His father made him for what he is now and God joins him in every journey he takes.
