One of the most precious gifts you’ll get from God is a baby. A baby is formed by the love between man and woman. God will grant a baby in every family for them to unite and create a bright life together. I’m sure that seeing your son or daughter happy and smiling already completes your day. They have been the reason for every accomplishment you have achieved.

As a mother, one of the most beautiful gifts you can give your child is to let them know God. Let them know who the great master and the giver of life is. In that way, you can let them be closer to God. Let them know the true greatness of God. Trust me, the words and teachings you have taught to your child are kept until they grow older, especially the way you get them closer to God.

A Mother Sings Worship Song to Her Baby

Worship songs are made to give praises to God. Singing worship songs are our way to thank Him for all the greatness he has done for us. The burdens, heartaches, and worries are being carried out as we all surrender these things to God.

Now let me share with you a mother who serenades her child with a song. This song is not a typical lullaby usually sang to a baby rather it is a popular worship song.

The mother being talked about is Michelle Figueroa-Cardenas. She sings the worship song “Give Me Jesus” to her lovely baby and the baby’s reaction is priceless. The video captures the smile of a baby while his mother sings for him. Watching the video is really heartwarming. He may be just a baby, but this little guy is already learning that God is the way and the truth.

“Give Me Jesus” is a classic hymn originally written in the ’80s. The most famous interpretation comes from Fernando Ortega, a Dove award-winning singer, and songwriter.

Psalm 127:3-5 “3 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. 4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. 5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.”
