Filmmaker and director Anna Axster has been in the spotlight lately, not because of her work, but because she is the wife or, now, ex-wife of songsmith and Yellowstone actor Ryan Bingham. After a decade of building a life and family together, the couple decided to call it quits.

Ryan Bingham decided to end their “happily ever after” by filing for divorce on June 2021. It was an incident that shook the couple’s many fans, especially since they saw no signs of marital issues between the two.

Due to that incident, many have become interested in learning more about Axster. If you are one of them, we are here to give you some answers.

Axster’s Early Years and Education

Sadly, being the private person she is, Anna Axster’s age, birth date, and hometown remain unknown. We do know that she was born and raised in the United States.

Axster has always been interested in the movie industry and has aspired to be a filmmaker since childhood. It’s safe to say that she managed to turn that dream into a reality.

Axster is also a well-educated individual. She completed her primary and secondary studies at a private institution and got a college degree afterward. Unfortunately, she doesn’t disclose what institutions she went to or what majors she took.

A Glimpse at Axster’s Career

Axster is a well-known filmmaker, video director, and writer in the American entertainment business. She actively contributes to the industry using her amazing skills.

Axster launched her career as a director and writer with the short film Souvenir. She also started directing Ryan Bingham’s music videos after they got acquainted. She directed his music videos for Southside of Heaven and Bread and Water in 2007.

She later directed the films Sweet Sting and A Country Called Home. A Country Called Home is Axster’s self-written film that started her career as a producer. The film got released in 2015 and garnered plenty of praise from the film industry.

Axster was also the executive producer of Ryan Bingham Live, which they taped at the Whitewater Amphitheater on August 6, 2016. The ex-couple also established a record label they co-owned called Axster Bingham Records.

The Axster-Bingham Love Story

Ryan Bingham was Axster’s first love. She had never dated any man before him. The two met after Axster got a hold of Bingham’s demo CD and heard one of his songs that stood out to her.

It seems that it all started during the days when Bingham was still driving from town to town to perform his music. Axster’s friend caught Bingham playing in L.A. and brought his demo CD to Axster.

Wanting to use the track on one of the films she was working on, Axster decided to meet Bingham and ask his permission personally. After that, the two hit it off quickly and have become inseparable.

After several years of being in a romantic relationship, Axster and Bingham decided to tie the knot. In 2009, the couple held a private ceremony where they exchanged vows in front of close friends and relatives.

The two then proceeded to have a happy life. They supported each other to improve their careers and had three wonderful children. Sadly, their romance didn’t endure the test of time. After twelve years of marriage, the couple divorced on June 29, 2021.

Axster and Bingham have yet to reveal the exact reason for the divorce or information about the custody of their children. After the divorce, Anna Axster has remained single.

These are all the pieces of information we have gathered about Anna Axster. Information about the previous wife of Ryan Bingham is rather limited, but that’s because she wants to keep those information private, which we must respect.
