Last year, the award was taken home by country duo Florida Georgia Line, who teamed up with pop singer Bebe Rexha, for the song “Meant To Be.” They have competed with Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, Brett Young, and Luke Bryan for the award.

Other Awards of Dan and Shay’s “Speechless”

“Speechless” has not only won the Teen Choice Award for this year, but it also bagged the CMT’s music award for Duo Video of the Year. In addition to that, the duo’s single was nominated for this year’s Billboard Top Country Song, sadly they lost to Florida Georgie Line’s “Meant To Be.”
