This Valentine Season, Mo Pitney Will Remind You To Love More Your Better Half With “Love Her Like I Lost Her” 1

Have you had the feeling before wherein you felt like losing the one you love, your significant other or your better half? This feeling, suddenly made you change the usual. It gave you the chance of loving more the person that makes you happy. Giving all the love to the one that makes you believe that love is real and love has forever. It gave you more reasons to stick with her or with him, no matter how hard the situation is. This Valentine Season, Mo Pitney will show you how does it feel like losing someone and will make you love more your partner through his song “Love Her Like I Lost Her”.

The Song…

The song is about a guy having a bad dream of losing his lover. After the dream, the guy had vowed to love her more, appreciate more his significant other, and make his better half his priority. This is like loving her more rather than losing her.

Furthermore, the song “Love Her Like I Lost Her” was written by Dennis Duff and Mo Pitney himself. In addition, the song was included from Pitney’s album “Behind This Guitar” and was released in the fall of 2016.

The Lyrics…

I can hear tires screeching, breaking glass and twisting steel.
There were red lights flashing, an awful smelling smoke, and it was her behind the wheel.
That little blue car underneath that giant semi-truck.
Was my whole world ending, so thank God I woke up.

Just for a moment, I believed she’d been taken away from me.
And my life was changed, ’cause I felt the pain, even though it was just a dream.

So I made a vow starting right now that every look and smile, every touch and kiss would be longer, and sweeter, and softer, and I love her like I lost her.

And It Goes…

Still holding my breath, I reached for the telephone.
I just had to know she was safe at home.
She probably thought I was crazy when I wouldn’t let her off the line.
I bet I told her “I loved you” at least a thousand times.

Just for a moment, I believed she’d been taken away from me.
And my life was changed, ’cause I felt the pain, even though it was just a dream.

So I made a vow starting right now that every look and smile, every touch and kiss would be longer, and sweeter, and softer, and I love her like I lost her.

The realization…

This Valentine Season, let’s show what is love to the ones we love. Let’s tell them how we care. It’s never too late to say how much we love them for we’ll never have to regret. Let them feel the love they deserve. The love that both of you deserved. The bottom line is, we must let them feel how strong our love is even if it’s not Valentine’s Day. Instead, we show them that every day is a love day.

Furthermore, this song made us more believe that Mo Pitney has a heart for the country.
