Three months after she was arrested for prostitution charges, Wynonna Judd’s daughter with Arch Kelley III, Grace Pauline Kelley, was once again taken into custody.
According to booking records, Kelley, 28, was arrested in Carroll County, Georgia, on August 3, 2024, on three misdemeanor charges: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly.

This happened just three months after her Alabama arrest.
As per Al.com, Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook. Officers arrived on the scene, but when they tried to detain her, she refused to show identification and instead sat down on the roadside. Following that, she was held in the Elmore County Jail and was officially charged with obstructing government operation in addition to her initial rap of indecent exposure. Both counts were misdemeanors.
A week later, she was hit with another charge. In an article published by Daily Mail, Millbrook Police Chief Johnson stated that they responded to two calls involving Judd’s daughter then. “In the first, she was observed in the area of businesses on Highway 14 near Murphy Oil by Walmart. She had a sign displayed that said, ‘A Ride for a Ride.’”
Cops asked her to move on, but shortly after that, another call was made after she apparently caused a disturbance at a Circle K gas station. They weren’t able to make contact at the location, but they found her at the intersection still displaying the signage, where she was finally arrested.
Due to that, soliciting for prostitution was added to her charges, which pushed her bond up to $3,000.
But this wasn’t Kelley’s first or second legal run-in. In 2016, The Sun reported that she was arrested on methamphetamine possession charges. The court ruled a 30-day jail sentence and a court-mandated drug recovery program. She didn’t complete the program and was subsequently sentenced to eight years at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary.
She was released in 2019 after being granted parole. Then, in August 2021, she was arrested again for probation violation and again in May 2023 after her release in December 2022. She got out in October 2023.
In March 2022, during her leave of absence from jail, she gave birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel. Wynonna has been taking care of her since, and according to the singer, she had helped her cope with the tragic death of her mother, Naomi. Wynonna Judd’s daughter is currently out after posting $2,750 bond.
